TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE — FORGE

1. PURPOSE
These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all sales made on the forgewear.uk website, operated by FORGE. Any order placed on the site implies the full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those described on the forgewear.uk website. The photographs illustrating the products are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product, particularly with regard to colours.
FORGE reserves the right to modify its collections at any time.

3. PRICES
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling, all taxes included.
FORGE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force at the time the customer validates the order.

4. ORDERS
The customer places an order on the forgewear.uk website by following the online ordering process. The sale is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed by FORGE, evidenced by the sending of a confirmation email.
FORGE reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of supply problems or suspicion of fraud.

5. PAYMENT
Payment is made online at the time of ordering. The accepted payment methods are: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Payment is secure. The amount is debited at the time the order is validated.

6. SHIPPING
Shipping is free on all orders equal to or over £45. Below this amount, standard shipping costs are £3.99.
Delivery times are given as a guide and are generally between 9 and 14 working days for standard shipping, and between 6 and 9 working days for express shipping, for the United Kingdom.
Delivery times begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. FORGE cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the courier, customs processing, or events beyond its control.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. FORGE extends this period to 30 days as a commercial gesture.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached, and in their original packaging.
To make a return, the customer contacts FORGE at hello@forgewear.uk. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days following receipt and inspection of the returned items, using the same payment method used at the time of ordering.
Items purchased during promotional offers or sales are neither exchangeable nor refundable (final sale).
In the event of a faulty product or an error on the part of FORGE, the return will be fully covered.

8. EXCHANGES
For a size or colour exchange, the fastest method is to return the item for a refund and place a new order, subject to availability. The customer can contact hello@forgewear.uk for assistance.

9. WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
All products sold on forgewear.uk benefit from the statutory consumer rights in force in the customer's country of residence. For UK customers, this includes the rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, in particular the right to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
In the event of a faulty or non-conforming product, the customer may contact customer service to obtain an exchange or a refund.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the forgewear.uk website (text, images, logos, videos, graphics) is the exclusive property of FORGE and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation.

11. PERSONAL DATA
FORGE collects and processes the customer's personal data as part of fulfilling the order, in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).
The customer has the right to access, rectify, delete and port their data. UK customers also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts. UK customers retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.
