RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
To start a return, contact us at hello@forgewear.uk with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or colour, the fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@forgewear.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve it at no extra cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags cannot be refunded.
